What is "Dioxua"? (dee-o-shua)
After spending time living in Brazil during high school I grew used to the mispronunciation of my name, Joshua. Phonetically in Portuguese it was spelled Dioxua. Years later I realized that my environment in Brazil had given me a fresh perspective on who I am. Now, I hope to help you discover a fresh perspective on your design needs.

Have you ever wanted to improve the quality of your life by changing your environment? My name is Joshua and I am a General Contractor and an Architectural Artisan. I specialize in designing and building well thought out spaces for residential or small commercial projects.
FOSLER ARCHITECTURE Design Intern 2006-2009
Worked with a team on design input of commercial buildings and tenet improvements. Designed and built custom art projects for clients throughout downtown Portland and the Pearl district.
FIERY ARTZ FINISHES Artist + Carpenter 2002-2005
Collaborated with clients and interior designers to create faux finished interiors for luxury homes. Completely demolished and rebuilt kitchens, bathrooms, and decks, and created new home additions.
US NAVY Avionics Tech. 1998-2003
Avionics Electronics Technician. Supervised 11 personnel and directed job assignments for the upkeep of 9 mission ready aircraft. My Quality Assurance inspection signature was necessary for the completion of avionics discrepancies. Operated several pieces of support equipment, and managed HAZMAT control training.
